Hi, as you may or may not have noticed, I am in love with energy. Our energy is essential to the vibrations and frequencies we put out into the world and what we allow to come into our own energy field. Sometimes when our energies are not well balanced and aligned, it can create other problems for us in different areas of our lives, mental, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. By these energies being controlled and balanced, we are able to remove any fog preventing us from being our best and authentic selves.

There are many ways that we can tune into these frequencies and medicate these problems without the use of pharmaceuticals. Please note as well that I am not a medical provider nor advisor.
